Fun casino night at social club HQ
The winner didn’t take it all on the Fans Social Club casino night in December. But Ian Mitton did take home a meal for two at Delia’s, leaving a few other prizes for those he left trailing in his wake as he cleaned up at the roulette table to be crowned Carrow Road casino champ.
Well, to be fair, you knew this wasn’t a serious night of high rollers and loaded bankers when Norwich City’s finance director Ben Dack arrived with no money and had to borrow a tenner to play from friend Christoph Zimmerman! With a strict limit of £20 to buy pretend-dollars, it was amazing how long some people made their funny money last at the tables – with those who won the most “cash” going home with prizes.
Radio Norfolk’s own Rob Butler came to host Play Your Cards Right and there was also a raffle for the Community Sports Foundation. All in all, a great night was had by everyone who came along.
