NCFSC Fantasy Premier League Competition

It’s that time again and rather than creating a brand-new league, we’re keeping last season’s NCFSC league, therefore all of you who took part last season will already be included.

We hope you will be happy to take part again to support the Community Sports Foundation, in which case your payment of £5 needs to be made by our deadline of August 28th (see full details below). If you don’t wish to stay in our league, please feel free to remove yourself and if we haven’t received your £5 by August 28th, we will remove you.

If you’ve played before you will be aware of Fantasy Premier League but for anyone not familiar with it, you are given a £100m budget to pick a squad of 15 players for the upcoming Premier League season. In each round of games, you need to pick a starting 11 from these 15 players that you believe will score you the highest amount of points that round. You get more points the more goals, assists, and clean sheets your players get. If a player in your starting 11 does not play, a player from your bench will automatically be substituted in.

After each round, you are given the opportunity to transfer a player out for free, two if you do not use your free transfer from the round before. You can transfer out more than that in a round but you may be subject to a points deduction.

You also get two wildcards over the course of the season where you can transform your whole squad with no penalty points. As well as that you get one, “Free Hit”, which is where you can change your whole squad for one round only before your previous squad is brought back for the following round, “Bench Boost”, where the points your players that are sat on the bench get are included in your total score for that round and last of all you get a “Triple Captain”, an option where your captain for one particular round gets three times the amount of points they actually score in that round. Each round you have a deadline in which you can submit your starting eleven, this is usually an hour before the first game of the round starts.

For new entrants wishing to take part, if you do not have a Fantasy Premier League account already you will need to sign up via or via the dedicated app available via the Play Store or Apple Store. It is free to sign up for this but you will need to be 18 or over. You will then need the code for our league which is mius09.

To enter it will cost you £5 and all profits will be going to our charity, the Community Sports Foundation. Payment needs to be paid by Paypal to or if you don’t have Paypal, contact Amy as there are other ways for you to pay.

The top 3 with the most points at the end of the season will receive prizes:

  • 1st – Signed NCFC shirt ( home or away TBC)
  • 2nd – Signed NCFC football
  • 3rd – Signed NCFC pendant

Make sure your squad/team is submitted before the 5th August. The league is updated a few hours after the last game of the day has finished. We will be providing updates every month on our website, Facebook, and Twitter pages.
